Overnight Pumpkin Oats Recipe
Loaded with fiber-rich chia seeds, magnesium-packed cacao nibs and seasonal spices, these hearty overnight oats are comforting and delicious. Prepare them the night before and wake up to a morning meal you won’t want to miss!
INGREDIENTS1 cup organic old-fashioned oats ⅓ cup organic pumpkin puree ½ cup plant-based milk ¾ tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds Topping: Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs |
DIRECTIONSIn a mason jar, add the oats, pumpkin puree, spice, and chia seeds. Pour milk over the top and stir to combine all of the ingredients. Place the lid on the mason jar and store in fridge for a minimum of 5 hours, preferably overnight. Sprinkle with cacao nibs on top before enjoying! Makes 3 servings
