Overnight Chia Oats Recipe
Prepare this simple and nutritious breakfast the night before a busy morning and you'll be ready to enjoy the combination of fiber-rich chia seeds, hearty oats and all your favorite toppings as an energizing start to your day!
INGREDIENTS¾ cup rolled oats 1½ Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds 1 cup plant-based milk of choice 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or to taste) Optional Mix-ins: Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs Nut butter Fresh or dried fruit Cinnamon or other spices Optional Toppings: Navitas Organics Chia Seeds Chopped nuts Fresh fruit  | 
DIRECTIONSAdd oats, chia, milk, maple syrup, and any additional mix-ins of choice to a jar. Mix thoroughly, making sure the oats and chia seeds are completely submerged in milk. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy! Makes 2 servings
