Overnight Chia Oats Recipe
Prepare this simple and nutritious breakfast the night before a busy morning and you'll be ready to enjoy the combination of fiber-rich chia seeds, hearty oats and all your favorite toppings as an energizing start to your day!
¾ cup rolled oats
1½ Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
1 cup plant-based milk of choice
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or to taste)
Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs
Fresh or dried fruit
Cinnamon or other spices
Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
Add oats, chia, milk, maple syrup, and any additional mix-ins of choice to a jar.
Mix thoroughly, making sure the oats and chia seeds are completely submerged in milk.
Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!
