No-bake Chocolate Cake Pops

Perfect for any occasion or simply as a satisfying pick-me-up, these no-bake chocolate cake pops are a delightful way to enjoy a moment of sweetness with a touch of wholesome indulgence.

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
1 pinch of sea salt
3 Tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

Coating:
⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
2 tsp. coconut oil
Sprinkles, optional

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl mix together flours, cacao powder, chia seeds and sea salt. Add almond butter, vanilla and maple syrup, and mix until well combined.

Scoop out twelve 1-inch balls and set on a parchment-lined pan. Place in freezer for at least 15 minutes.

Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe dish and heat for 30 seconds until melted. Mix together until smooth and creamy.
Dip cake pop sticks into chocolate before pressing sticks into cake dough. Dip cake pops in melted chocolate and add sprinkles, if using. Allow cake pops to cool in the fridge before serving. Enjoy!
