Matcha Yogurt Dip Recipe
Matcha subtly enhances the flavor of yogurt, and is a phenomenal accompaniment to sweet fruits like apples and pears. Use as a quick snack dip or layer up in a bowl for a single-serve breakfast parfait.
INGREDIENTS1 cup coconut milk yogurt 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, plus extra for serving 2 cups chopped fruit, for dipping |
DIRECTIONSIn a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, matcha powder and maple syrup until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle lightly with additional maple syrup if desired, and serve with chopped fruit such as apples, pears, bananas or strawberries, for dipping. Makes 1 cup / 2-4 servings
