2 flax eggs (combine 3 Tbsp. ground flax seed with 6 Tbsp. water)
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup gluten-free baking flour

3/4 cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 cup Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

1/2 cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries
1/2 cup pistachios, crushed
Directions
- Whisk flax eggs, oil, water, sweetener and vanilla until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine flours, cacao powder, baking soda and sea salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a batter is formed.
- Stir in cacao nibs, goji berries and pistachios.
- Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly oil. Add mixture to pan and bake on 350 F for 22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
