This delightful treat is as simple as it is refreshing, made with just three ingredients that bring a burst of flavor and color to every bite. Creamy yogurt forms the cool, tangy base, while juicy blueberries add a pop of freshness, and chewy goji berries bring a superfood twist that’s both nutritious and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt of choice

⅓ cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
Directions
- Line a quarter sheet pan or small baking dish with parchment paper. Spread yogurt into thin even layer on top of parchment.
- Sprinkle goji berries over yogurt, then finish topping with fresh blueberries.
- Place baking sheet or dish in freezer for ~3 hours to allow yogurt to freeze.
- Once frozen, remove from freezer and use sharp knife to carefully slice into smaller pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in freezer with parchment paper between each layer for up to 2 weeks.
