Goji Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe

This delightful treat is as simple as it is refreshing, made with just three ingredients that bring a burst of flavor and color to every bite. Creamy yogurt forms the cool, tangy base, while juicy blueberries add a pop of freshness, and chewy goji berries bring a superfood twist that’s both nutritious and delicious.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt of choice
⅓ cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries
¼ cup fresh blueberries

DIRECTIONS

Line a quarter sheet pan or small baking dish with parchment paper. Spread yogurt into thin even layer on top of parchment.
Sprinkle goji berries over yogurt, then finish topping with fresh blueberries.
Place baking sheet or dish in freezer for ~3 hours to allow yogurt to freeze.
Once frozen, remove from freezer and use sharp knife to carefully slice into smaller pieces.
Store in an airtight container in freezer with parchment paper between each layer for up to 2 weeks.
