Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ripe mango
- ¾ cup diced tomatoes
- ⅓ cup diced red onion
- 2 jalapeños, deveined, deseeded and diced

3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Goji Berries
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut in half
- ½ tsp. kosher salt, plus more to taste
Directions
- Place the goji berries in a small bowl and cover with hot water. Let sit for about 10 minutes or until soft and plump. Drain and set aside.
- Add all remaining ingredients to a large bowl in order listed and mix to combine. Taste, and add additional lime juice and salt as needed.
- Serve with chips or use as topping on your favorite dishes and enjoy!
