Ginger Turmeric Mocktail Recipe

This refreshing and health-boosting beverage combines the zesty notes of blood orange with the warmth of ginger and the earthy undertones of turmeric, creating a mocktail that's as visually stunning as it is delicious.

INGREDIENTS

For the Syrup:
1 cup hot water
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder
1-2 Tbsp. ginger juice

For the Mocktail:
Ice
2 Tbsp. blood orange juice (or regular orange juice, if preferred)
2 Tbsp. ginger turmeric syrup, directions above
1 Tbsp. lime juice
Club soda
Mint or rosemary, for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Make the syrup: combine hot water and sugar in a bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add turmeric (in a tea bag or strain final product in a nut milk bag) and let steep 5-10 minutes until desired color is achieved. Add ginger juice and stir once more.

Make the mocktail: fill a glass with ice. Pour citrus juices and ginger-turmeric syrup over ice. Top with a few ounces of club soda and gently stir. Top with garnish of choice and enjoy!
