Ginger Turmeric Mocktail Recipe

DIRECTIONSMake the syrup: combine hot water and sugar in a bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add turmeric (in a tea bag or strain final product in a nut milk bag) and let steep 5-10 minutes until desired color is achieved. Add ginger juice and stir once more. Make the mocktail: fill a glass with ice. Pour citrus juices and ginger-turmeric syrup over ice. Top with a few ounces of club soda and gently stir. Top with garnish of choice and enjoy! Makes 10 servings
