Turmeric Spice Coconut Chia Pudding Recipe
This seasonal turmeric spice coconut chia seed pudding is naturally sweetened and full of plant-based protein, fiber and antioxidants, making it the perfect breakfast or mid-afternoon snack for fall.
INGREDIENTS1 Packet Navitas Organics Turmeric Latte Mix 1 cup coconut milk (or plant-based milk of choice) 4 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Toppings: Navitas Organics Goji Berries Almonds Coconut flakes Honey |
DIRECTIONSIn a glass jar, combine the Turmeric Latte Mix, coconut milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Cover the jar and shake well. Allow the mixture to sit for 2-3 minutes and then shake again. Place the chia pudding in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of two hours. Once set, stir the chia pudding and then top with goji berries, almonds, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey. The chia pudding will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Makes 1 serving
