Turmeric Spice Coconut Chia Pudding Recipe

This seasonal turmeric spice coconut chia seed pudding is naturally sweetened and full of plant-based protein, fiber and antioxidants, making it the perfect breakfast or mid-afternoon snack for fall.


1 Packet Navitas Organics Turmeric Latte Mix

1 cup Coconut Milk (or Non-Dairy Milk of choice)

4 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

1/4 cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries

1/4 cup Navitas Organics Turmeric Tamari Almonds

1/4 cup Coconut Flakes

Optional: Chopped Seasonal Fruit, Drizzle of Honey


In a glass jar, combine the Turmeric Latte Mix, coconut milk, Chia Seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Cover the jar and shake well. Allow the mixture to sit for 2-3 minutes and then shake again.

Place the chia pudding in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours.

Once set, stir the chia pudding and then top with Goji Berries, Turmeric Tamari Almonds, and coconut flakes.

You can also add chopped fresh fruit and a light drizzle of honey for added sweetness!

The chia pudding will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
