Date Shake Recipe

This thick and delicious date shake is made with frozen bananas and zucchini, and naturally sweetened with dates. It's loaded with fiber from the bananas, zucchini and dates, and even packs in sneaky veggies! You'll love this shake for a healthy breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up.

INGREDIENTS

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen zucchini

2 Medjool dates, pitted

1 scoop Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend (optional)

1 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Sea Veggie Blend
1 cup water

Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs, for topping

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Add additional water as needed, depending on your desired consistency.
Pour into a glass, top with cacao nibs and enjoy!
