Dark Chocolate Cacao Cups Recipe

What shows you care more than a deliciously sweet treat?! These vegan dark chocolate cacao cups are perfect to share with your loved ones, family and friends (or simply enjoy on your own)! Easy to make, delicious and versatile, you can customize your toppings for any craving or occasion!

INGREDIENTS

⅔ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Butter

6 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

6 Tbsp. maple syrup

Pinch of salt

Handful of frozen strawberries

Handful of frozen raspberries

DIRECTIONS

Finely grate the cacao butter into a medium glass bowl.

Place bowl over boiling water (making sure the glass isn’t touching the water) and continue to stir until fully melted.

Add cacao powder, maple syrup and salt, and whisk until smooth.

Pour mix evenly into cupcake liners (about ½-inch thick).

Place frozen berries onto cutting board and use a rolling pin to gently smash into desired size pieces to top your cups.

Top your cups with berry pieces and place cups in freezer for 15 minutes.

Makes about 8 cups
