Chocolate Strawberry Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
 - 1½ Tbsp. pure maple syrup
 - ½ tsp. vanilla extract
 - 
                1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
                
 - Pinch of salt
 - 
                ¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
                
 - 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
 - 1 cup strawberries
 - ¼ tsp. pure maple syrup
 - 
                ¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
                
 - 
                Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

Directions
Chocolate Chia Pudding:
Whisk together milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cacao powder, and salt until well combined. Stir in chia seeds.
- Pour into small cups. Top with cacao nibs. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
 
Strawberry Chia Pudding:
Purée the strawberries in a food processor or blender. Stir in milk and maple syrup.
- Stir in chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
 
Assemble:
Spoon strawberry chia pudding over chocolate chia pudding, top with strawberries and cacao nibs, if desired, and enjoy!
