Chocolate Strawberry Chia Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Chia Pudding:
1 cup plant-based milk of choice
1½ Tbsp. pure maple syrup
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
Pinch of salt
¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

Strawberry Chia Pudding:
1 cup plant-based milk of choice
1 cup strawberries
¼ tsp. pure maple syrup
¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

Optional Topping:

Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

DIRECTIONS

Chocolate Chia Pudding:
Whisk together milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cacao powder, and salt
until well combined.
Stir in chia seeds.
Pour into small cups. Top with cacao nibs. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Strawberry Chia Pudding:
Purée the strawberries in a food processor or blender.
Stir in milk and maple syrup.
Stir in chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Assemble:
Spoon strawberry chia pudding over chocolate chia pudding, top with
strawberries and cacao nibs, if desired, and enjoy!
