Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cups

DIRECTIONSLine a 12-cup cupcake/muffin pan with cupcake liners. Set aside. In a medium-sized bowl, melt together cacao wafers with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring each time. Add 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate to each cup. Set pan in freezer for 5 minutes. Add a teaspoon of peanut butter over hardened chocolate. Place a banana slice over the peanut butter. Add another tablespoon of melted chocolate over the peanut butter and banana slices. With remaining chocolate, go back and add a bit more to each cup. Place in fridge for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flaky salt then place back in freezer for 5 minutes. Store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container or a resealable bag. - 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 12 tsp. peanut butter
- 1 banana

- Line a 12-cup cupcake/muffin pan with cupcake liners. Set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, melt together cacao wafers with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring each time.
