Chocolate Matzo Crisps Recipe

Crispy, crunchy and perfectly rich, these crackers are jam-packed with flavor and plant-based nutrients for a satisfyingly sweet snack to savor any time.

INGREDIENTS

6 Squares Salted Matzo Squares
1 Cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
3 Tbsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
3 Tbsp Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs
3 Tbsp Navitas Organics Goji Berries

DIRECTIONS

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pour the chocolate chips into a small saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring, until completely melted. Remove from heat.

Place 2 matzo squares on the prepared baking pan. Drizzle with a several spoonfuls of chocolate, then lightly sprinkle with 1 Tbsp each of Hemp Seeds, Cacao Nibs and Goji Berries. Transfer the matzo to a countertop or cutting board to allow the chocolate to cool and harden (squares may be placed in the freezer for faster solidification). Repeat with the remaining matzo squares.

Once the chocolate is hard, break the matzo into large shards and serve.
