Ingredients
- ½ cup salted butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 large egg, room temp.
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour + 1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder (for matcha dough)

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder (for chocolate dough)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar for 1-2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
Divide dough into two equal portions. Add 1 Tbsp. flour and 1 Tbsp. matcha powder to one half, and 2 Tbsp. cacao powder to other.
- Scoop 12 balls from each dough, then roll one of each together to form a swirled dough ball.
- Place 6 marbled cookies on baking sheet at a time, leaving space between. Bake 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer cookies to cooling rack and store in airtight container.
