Chocolate Covered Goji Berries Recipe

Move over raisins, there's a new chocolate covered snack in town, and it's superfood packed and 100 percent addicting! These Chocolate Covered Goji Berries are made with just six ingredients and perfect to take on the go when you need to satisfy your sweet tooth or get a boost of energy.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Butter

2 Tbsp. maple syrup

½ tsp. vanilla extract

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs

2 cups Navitas Organics Goji Berries

DIRECTIONS

In a small saucepan, melt the cacao butter over medium-low heat until just melted. Remove from the heat and add the maple syrup and vanilla. Stir until combined.

Stir in the cacao powder and sweet nibs and mix until smooth. Pour in the goji berries and toss in the chocolate sauce until covered.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the goji berries onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaked salt, if desired. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Once chilled, break the goji berries apart and store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to two weeks.

Makes 2 cups
