Chocolate Chia Pudding
Packed with protein and healthy fats‚ this filling treat tastes like dessert but is full of healthy function.
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
In a blender, combine the almond butter, coconut water, Cacao Powder, Essential Blend and water, and blend until smooth. Taste and add Coconut Palm Sugar as desired.
Transfer the mixture to a shaker cup or large jar with a lid. Add the Chia Seeds and shake well. Let sit for 10 minutes, shake once more, then allow the Chia Seeds to fully hydrate for 20 minutes longer. Will keep for several days, refrigerated.
