Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas
- ½ cup butter, melted (or vegetable oil)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

1⅓ cups Navitas Organics Chickpea Flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chai spice
- ½ cup chopped walnuts, optional
- ½ cup organic powdered sugar
- ½ tsp. chai spice
- 1-2 Tbsp. milk of choice
Chai Glaze:
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8x4-inch loaf pan with parchment.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mash banana and whisk in butter and sugar.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Whisk in chickpea flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chai spice. Add in walnuts and whisk together until no flour streaks remain.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Make the glaze by whisking glaze ingredients together until mixture is smooth. Drizzle over loaf once fully cooled to room temperature.
- Slice, serve and enjoy!
