While this smoothie really does taste deceptively (and fabulously) like a candy cane‚ even more surprising is its healthy vegetable base! Enjoy it around the holidays‚ or at any time of the year when wanting to satisfy a minty urge.

INGREDIENTS1 cup frozen Cauliflower |
DIRECTIONSBlend the cauliflower, Cashews, dates, coconut water powder, vanilla, peppermint, and water together until completely smooth. Add the ice and blend once more until frosty. Makes 2 1/2 Cups
