Cacao Truffles Recipe
Perfectly portioned chocolate bites that double as a dessert or mid-day snack, thanks to their nutrient-dense superfood ingredients.

DIRECTIONSLine a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Blend dates, cacao powder and vanilla bean paste in a food processor until smooth and uniform. Scoop mixture and roll into one-ounce balls. Set aside. In the microwave or over a double boiler, combine coating ingredients. Stir constantly until smooth. Dip truffles in the coating, place on baking sheet, and let harden. Makes 16 Truffles
