Brownie Batter Hummus Recipe

This sweetly satisfying snack is made with Fairtrade certified cacao and other nourishing, plant-based ingredients. Use it as a dip for your favorite fruit or spread on your morning toast as a healthier breakfast option.

INGREDIENTS

1 can chickpeas, drained but save liquid

3 Tbsp. aquafaba (chickpea liquid)

¼ cup date syrup or maple syrup

1 Tbsp. plant-based milk

Pinch of salt

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Butter

Optional mix-in: chocolate chips of choice

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.

Scoop into a serving dish and serve with fresh fruit or pretzels, or use as a spread.
