Brownie Batter Balls Recipe

Delightfully moist‚ yet sugar and oil-free‚ these superfood-packed treats just might be the most healthy version of a brownie yet! 

INGREDIENTS

 cups mixed nuts and seeds of choice

2 scoops Navitas Organics Essential Blend Cacao & Greens 

 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Gelatinized Maca Powder

½ tsp. sea salt

 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Wheatgrass Powder, optional

½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

¼ cup figs, diced

⅓ cup raisins

2 cups dates, pitted

DIRECTIONS

Place the nuts and seeds in a food processor.and pulse into coarse crumbs.

Add the Essential Blend Cacao & Greens, maca powder, sea salt and wheatgrass powder if using, and pulse to combine. Add the cacao powder and pulse several more times until well incorporated.

Add the diced figs, raisins and 1 cup of the dates.

Pulse until well combined. Add the remaining cup of dates and process until the mixture is sticky and uniformly combined. It should hold together when pressed between your fingers.

Scoop out 1½ tablespoons of the mixture at a time and roll into balls. Drop the balls onto a non-stick sheet or a plate lined with waxed paper.

Refrigerate until firm and enjoy! 

Makes 2 dozen balls
