Blueberry Hemp Overnight Oats
A delightfully fresh make-ahead breakfast that gives your mind and body a boost of plant-based protein.

INGREDIENTS1/2 Cup Oats 1/4 Cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds 1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries 3/4 Cup Milk of Choice 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 Tsp Ground Cardamom 1 Tbsp Collagen (optional) Generous Pinch Salt Honey or Maple Syrup to Taste |
DIRECTIONSMix all ingredients together in a jar. Refrigerate overnight and top with Greek yogurt, if desired. Enjoy! Makes 1 serving
