Blueberry Hemp Overnight Oats Recipe

INGREDIENTS½ cup quick oats ¼ cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds 1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds ½ cup frozen blueberries ¾ cup plant-based milk of choice ½ tsp. vanilla extract ¼ tsp. ground cardamom 1 Tbsp. collagen, optional ¼ tsp. sea salt Honey or maple syrup to taste |
DIRECTIONSMix all ingredients together in a jar. Refrigerate overnight and top with Greek yogurt, if desired. Enjoy! Makes 1 serving
