Basic Chia Pudding Recipe
Everyone loves pudding! With this simple superfood version you can lose the refined sugar and artificial ingredients by swapping in just three whole food ingredients for an equally delicious and decadent experience.
1 cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
1½ cup plant-based milk of choice
1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or desired sweetener to taste)
Stir in chia seeds with milk of choice in a container with a lid. Add sweetener.
Cover and shake until well combined.
Let sit for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Garnish with your favorite topping.
Makes 3-4 servings
