Basic Chia Pudding Recipe
Everyone loves pudding! Lose the full fat‚ sugar‚ and artificial ingredients of this favorite treat by choosing chia pudding.
1 cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
1½ cup Milk of choice
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or desired sweetener to taste)
Stir in chia seeds with milk of choice in a container with a lid. Add sweetener.
Cover and shake until well combined.
Let sit for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Garnish with your favorite topping.
Makes 3-4 servings
