INGREDIENTS

1 banana
3 scoops vanilla ice cream of choice
¼ cup Navitas Organics Bittersweet Cacao Wafers
¼ cup heavy cream
Honey
Crushed pistachios
Food-grade rose petals, for topping (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Cut banana in half, lengthwise. Place in a small, oval dish. Set aside.
In microwave-safe bowl, add bittersweet cacao wafers and heavy cream. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time. Set aside.
Add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream over banana. Drizzle with honey and cooled chocolate sauce. Sprinkle crushed pistachios and rose petals on top, if desired. Enjoy!
