Banana Bread Mug Cake Recipe

This delicious, allergy-friendly mug cake is the perfect way to satisfy your banana bread craving without spending hours in the kitchen. Ready in just a few minutes with no oven required, this will surely be on your weekly (maybe even daily) menu!

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cauliflower Flour

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chickpea Flour

1 Tbsp. banana flour

2 Tbsp. coconut sugar

¼ tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. nutmeg

Pinch salt

2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract

½ banana, mashed

2 Tbsp. almond butter

2 Tbsp. almond milk

DIRECTIONS

In a large mug, add the flours with the coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and chopped walnuts and stir to combine.

Next add the vanilla, banana, almond butter, and almond milk, and stir until no dry flour mixture is remaining. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Allow it to cool slightly, then top with your favorite ice cream if desired and enjoy!
