Acai Cherry Gelato Recipe
INGREDIENTS¼ tsp Vanilla Extract (or 1/2 seeded Vanilla Bean) |
DIRECTIONSSoak the cashews in water for 6 hours or overnight until extremely soft. In a strong blender or food processor, blend all ingredients EXCEPT the frozen cherries until completely smooth. Add in the cherries, and pulse until fruit is coarsely chopped, but not fully blended. Transfer mixture to a bowl and freeze for 4 hours or longer. 2 Tbsp. cashews

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder
1½ Tbsp. agave nectar
4 Tbsp. cherry juice concentrate
4 large Medjool dates
2 cups frozen cherries (plus more for garnish)
