Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free oats
- 2 cups coconut flakes
½ cup Soom Chocolate Tahini

¼ cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
½ cup pure maple syrup

½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries

2 Tbsp. Soom Organic Tahini
¾ cup plant-based milk

4 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder

For the Granola:
Preheat oven to 325˚F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cacao nibs and ¼ cup chocolate tahini. Fold together until fully combined.
- Transfer to lined sheet pan, spreading into an even layer. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with cacao nibs and drizzle with chocolate tahini, if desired. Allow to cool completely.
- Once cooled, break into smaller chunks. Set aside desired amount to top acai bowl and store remaining granola in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
For the Acai Bowl:
- Add all ingredients to a blender. If too thick, add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until smooth.
Pour acai mixture into bowls and top with fresh fruit, chocolate tahini coconut granola and extra drizzle of tahini, if desired. Enjoy!
