White Chocolate Raspberry Donuts Recipe

These yummy homemade baked donuts are super fluffy, moist and dipped in a rich cacao butter and white chocolate glaze. Easy to prepare and perfect for a quick sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS

Donuts:
2 cups gluten-free flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
2 eggs
⅔ cup maple syrup
¾ cup apple sauce
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
½ cup fresh raspberries or 1 cup frozen raspberries

Glaze:
1 cup white chocolate chips (dairy-free)
⅓ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Butter
Freeze-dried raspberries, crushed

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350˚F and grease donut silicone mold with coconut oil.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, maple syrup, applesauce and coconut oil until combined.
In a separate bowl, add flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined and clumps remain.
Fold in raspberries and divide batter into donut mold.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
In a small pot, melt white chocolate chips and cacao butter and combine.
Dip cooled donuts in glaze, sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberries and set aside for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
