White Chocolate Maqui Peanut Butter Hearts Recipe

Satisfy your sweets cravings while getting a boost of antioxidants with these irresistibly creamy, potently purple superfood treats.

 

INGREDIENTS

½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Butter

¼ cup peanut butter

2 Tbsp. coconut oil

3 Tbsp. canned coconut milk (use the solid portion from the top of a refrigerated can)

1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

2 Tbsp. maple syrup

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Maqui Powder

DIRECTIONS

In a small saucepan, add the coconut milk and maqui powder. Whisk well to combine over very low heat. Add the cacao butter, coconut oil and peanut butter, and whisk well.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and maple syrup.

Pour the mixture into heart molds and place into freezer for 30 minutes to one hour. Store in refrigerator.

Makes approx. 20 pieces
