Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

This chocolate chia pudding is the perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth and only requires a few simple ingredients. Add fresh berries and crunchy cacao nibs on top to make this delightful dish even more crave-worthy.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1/4 cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt

Toppings:

Fresh Strawberries

Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

 

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a Thermomix® or other blender and pulse a few times until well blended.

Transfer to two jars and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours (best overnight!).

When ready to eat, scoop into serving dishes, top with desired toppings and enjoy!
