Superfood Cashew Butter Recipe

INGREDIENTS1½ cups cashew nuts 1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted 1 tsp. sweetener of choice 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder ½ tsp. ground cinnamon Pinch of sea salt |
DIRECTIONSPour the cashew nuts into a food processor and process on high until smooth, about 5-10 minutes, depending on the strength of your food processor. Pause every few minutes to scrape down the edges. Once the cashews have turned into butter, blend in the melted coconut oil, sweetener, maca powder, cinnamon and sea salt. Transfer to a small jar or air-tight container and store in the fridge for up to one month.
