Superfood Cashew Butter Recipe

Cashews’ powerful combination of protein and fat helps give you a steady stream of energy throughout the day.

INGREDIENTS

1½ cups cashew nuts

1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted

1 tsp. sweetener of choice

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Pour the cashew nuts into a food processor and process on high until smooth, about 5-10 minutes, depending on the strength of your food processor. Pause every few minutes to scrape down the edges.

Once the cashews have turned into butter, blend in the melted coconut oil, sweetener, maca powder, cinnamon and sea salt.

Transfer to a small jar or air-tight container and store in the fridge for up to one month.
