Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

This quick and easy smoothie recipe is luscious and nutritious.

INGREDIENTS 

2 cups Strawberries

1½ cups plain Goat Yogurt

1 cup Water

¼ cup maple syrup Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Powder*

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Variation * Swap Navitas Organics Chia Seeds for the Chia Powder. Simply soak the seeds in water for 5 minutes before adding to the smoothie.

You can also swap other seasonal fruits or use frozen berries.
