Spiced Chocolate Recovery Smoothie
This balanced smoothie will give your body the amino acids, minerals, protective antioxidants, electrolytes and beneficial natural sugars it needs for a quick recovery. For an ice-cream-like smoothie, use a frozen banana in place of the fresh one.

INGREDIENTS1 cup Coconut Water 1 Banana 1 Tbsp Almond Butter 1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Cacao Powder 1 large Medjool Date, pitted ½ tsp ground Cinnamon ½ tsp Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder 1 cup ice |
DIRECTIONSAdd all the ingredients except the ice to a blender, and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend once more until frosty. Makes 16 ounces / 1 Serving
