Spiced Acai Energy Bars
These healthy energy bars keep well in the freezer—try doubling the batch and keep on hand for whenever a boost is needed.

DIRECTIONSMix the all the ingredients together in a food processor just until a dough has formed (allowing some almonds to remain coarsely chopped). Place a sheet of saran wrap on a cutting board and spill the dough out on top. Use your hands to press and form a 1 inch thick rectangle. ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ cup dried apricots
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
¾ cup raw almonds
¾ cup pitted Medjool dates (about 11 or 12)

3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder
2 Tbsp. raisins
pinch of salt (optional)
