Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions
- Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl until fully combined or add all ingredients to a glass jar with a lid and shake to mix.
- Store dressing in fridge for up to 5 days. Separation is normal. Let dressing sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before using.
- Use dressing on your favorite salad and top with hemp seeds.
