Red, White & Smoothie Bowl
Red‚ White & Camu! Celebrate superfoods–patriotic-style–with this red‚ white and blue smoothie bowl.
1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
1 frozen Banana, sliced
1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 tsp Navitas Organics Camu Powder
Stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste
1/2 cup Red Berries, including Navitas Organics Goji Berries, chopped + fresh Strawberries + Raspberries
1/4 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, frozen banana, almond milk and Camu Powder. Blend until creamy.
Taste for sweetness and adjust with sweetener as needed.
Transfer to a serving bowl, then decorate with red and white ingredients.
