Razzle Dazzle Smoothie Recipe
Nature's bounty provides us with so many delicious berries to choose from‚ we narrowed it down to blueberries with raspberry-cranberry juice and added some sweet pomegranate powder for a quadruple whammy blast of antioxidants in this blend! Chia seeds are the 'cherry on top' for their endurance-enhancing qualities. Top this tangy blend with blackberries for even more deliciousness.
Make the Chia Gel: Mix the chia seeds and water in a sealable jar and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Refrigerate until gelatinous, about 10 minutes.
Combine the chia gel with the rest of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend all ingredients together.
Pour into four serving glasses, top with fresh blackberries (or berries of choice) and enjoy!
