Razzle Dazzle Smoothie Recipe

Nature's bounty provides us with so many delicious berries to choose from‚ we narrowed it down to blueberries with raspberry-cranberry juice and added some sweet Pomegranate Powder for a quadruple whammy blast of antioxidants in this blend! Chia seeds are the 'cherry on top' for their endurance-enhancing qualities. Top this tangy blend with blackberries for even more deliciousness.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups water (for Chia Gel)

4 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds (for Chia Gel)

2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder

2 cups Raspberry Juice

1½ cups frozen Berries

1/2 cup kefir or Silken Tofu

Fresh blackberries (or berries of choice), for topping

 

DIRECTIONS

Make the Chia Gel: Mix the Chia Seeds and water in a sealable jar and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.

Refrigerate until gelatinous, about 10 minutes.

Combine the Chia Gel with the rest of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend all ingredients together.

Pour into four serving glasses, top with fresh blackberries (or berries of choice) and enjoy!
