Raw Chocolate Macaroons
Never too much Cacao
Sweet On Veg's delicious adaptation from the Raw Food/Real World cookbook.
½ Cup Maple Syrup
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients (except for peanut butter) and stir well.
Using a tablespoon scoop rounds of macaroon batter onto tray. Top with dollops of peanut butter if desired. Leave in freezer for 30 minutes to set.
