Raspberry Camu Vinaigrette Recipe

Raspberry Camu Vinaigrette Recipe

This low-fat dressing comes with a bonus boost of vitamin C, thanks to the addition of camu powder. Apple cider vinegar may also be used with success in place of the raspberry vinegar—the raspberry flavor will simply not be as strong.

INGREDIENTS

½ tsp. Navitas Organics Camu Powder

1½ cups raspberries

½ tsp. sea salt

¼ cup raw sunflower seeds

1 cup apple juice

2 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar (or sub. apple cider vinegar)

DIRECTIONS

Using a blender‚ process all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Refrigerate when not in use.

May be stored for up to one week.

Makes 1½ cups.
