Raspberry Cacao Truffles Recipe
Looking for the perfect treat to make for Valentine's Day or other special occasion? These raspberry cacao truffles are both healthy and delicious, and they're sure to make anyone's day sweeter.
INGREDIENTSTruffles: 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 cup walnuts ½ cup shredded or desiccated coconut 6 Medjool dates 3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder 1 tsp. vanilla extract ¼ tsp. salt Coating: ½ cup shredded or desiccated coconut ¼ cup freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries |
DIRECTIONSCombine all truffle ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth. Form into one-inch sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for 15-30 minutes. Roll the balls in the outer coating, chill them a bit more in the fridge or enjoy immediately! Makes 10-12 balls

- Combine all truffle ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth.

- Make your outer coating by combining the remaining shredded coconut and freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries.
- Roll the balls in the outer coating, chill them a bit more in the fridge or enjoy immediately!
