Power Pesto Recipe
Get in those greens in the most delectable of ways. You can use virtually any variety of dark baby greens here, such as baby spinach‚ baby kale‚ baby beet greens or a mix!
INGREDIENTS2 packed cups baby dark greens‚ like spinach or kale |
DIRECTIONSCombine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well incorporated. Serving Suggestion: use as a dip for vegetables like carrots or broccoli florets‚ as a spread on toast or sprouted bread‚ or with crackers. Garlic powder is used here because it’s a little bit less in-your-face than when used fresh‚ but if you’re a garlic lover, get out those cloves and swap away!
