Pomegranate Strawberry Sorbet Recipe
Sweet, tangy and super refreshing, this simple superfood sorbet is the perfect hot-weather treat.
4 cups unsweetened cashew or coconut milk
½ cup organic cane sugar
2 cups frozen strawberries
¼ cup Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder
In a saucepan on medium heat, add milk and sugar, and bring to a simmer for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Add cooled liquid mixture to a blender with strawberries and pomegranate powder, and blend until completely smooth.
Serve immediately, or place in freezer for about 30 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
