Pomberry Pops Recipe
Celebrate warm summer days with these fruity and refreshing frozen popsicles featuring antioxidant-rich pomegranate powder.
INGREDIENTS¼ cup Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder |
DIRECTIONSIn a medium-sized mixing bowl‚ whisk the Pomegranate Powder‚ Coconut Palm Sugar‚ water‚ lemon zest‚ lemon juice and stevia together until the sugar is dissolved. Add the raspberries and blueberries and stir. Place the bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes to chill and partially freeze. Makes about 6 pops

Ingredients

¼ cup Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder
1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
1 cup water
½ tsp. fresh lemon zest
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
10 drops liquid stevia
1 cup frozen raspberries
¾ cup frozen blueberries
Directions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl‚ whisk the pomegranate powder‚ coconut sugar‚ water‚ lemon zest‚ lemon juice and stevia together until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the raspberries and blueberries and stir. Place the bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes to chill and partially freeze.
Once chilled‚ remove the bowl from the freezer and mix gently to evenly distribute the berries and frozen sections.
Spoon into popsicle molds and top with popsicle sticks. Freeze until pops are solid and frozen through, about 2-3 hours.
Once frozen, remove from molds and enjoy!
