Nutty Chocolate Granola Recipe

INGREDIENTS2 cups oats ½ cup walnuts and pumpkin seeds, mixed together 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar ½ Tbsp. ground cinnamon ¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder ¼ cup nut butter ¼ cup maple syrup ½ tsp. vanilla extract ¼ cup coconut oil, melted |
DIRECTIONSPreheat oven to 325˚F. In a medium bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients except for the cacao powder until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix together the cacao powder and wet ingredients until well combined. Mix both mixtures together and spread out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, sifting once halfway through. Let cool completely and mix in dairy-free chocolate chips, if desired. Makes about 2½ cups
