No-bake Cacao Granola Bars Recipe

Satisfy your cravings with these wholesome no-bake cacao granola bars. Packed with nutritious ingredients like rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, chewy raisins, and rich cacao, these bars are perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or energizing snack.

INGREDIENTS

1¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup + 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp, Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
¼ cup coconut flakes
¼ cup raisins
3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs
Chocolate Layer:
1 cup Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers
1 Tbsp. coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

Lightly spray a 5x9-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray then line with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together maple syrup and peanut butter. Pour in oats, chia seeds, coconut flakes, raisins, and Cacao Sweet Nibs. Combine well with a spatula. Pour contents into prepared loaf pan. Press down firmly with a spatula.
In a small bowl, melt together 1 cup Semi-Sweet Cacao Wafers and coconut oil. Microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring each time. Pour melted chocolate over the granola layer.
Refrigerate for 1½ hours. Let loaf pan sit out at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting into slices.
