Ingredients
- 1¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- ¼ cup raisins

3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs

1 cup Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil

- Lightly spray a 5x9-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray then line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together maple syrup and peanut butter. Pour in oats, chia seeds, coconut flakes, raisins, and Cacao Sweet Nibs. Combine well with a spatula. Pour contents into prepared loaf pan. Press down firmly with a spatula.
- In a small bowl, melt together 1 cup Semi-Sweet Cacao Wafers and coconut oil. Microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring each time. Pour melted chocolate over the granola layer.
- Refrigerate for 1½ hours. Let loaf pan sit out at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting into slices.
