Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl Recipe
As the weather heats up, whip up this deliciously creamy smoothie bowl to cool you down. A healthier spin on the classic mint chocolate chip ice cream, it's made from nourishing ingredients to keep you satisfied and energized. The flavorful toppings are just an added bonus!
1½ frozen bananas
⅓ cup frozen spinach
1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
Handful of fresh mint
Handful of dairy-free chocolate chips
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
1 tsp. maple syrup
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 cups plant-based milk
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Dairy-free chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients except for the toppings in a high-speed blender and blend on high until a creamy, but thick consistency is reached.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle desired toppings over the top.
