Matcha Chia Coconut Pudding Recipe
The ingredients in this satiating breakfast bowl will keep you full for hours, thanks to the fiber-rich chia seeds and nourishing coconut milk, while the superfood combo of matcha and maca will support your best natural energy and calm focus.
INGREDIENTS1 cup coconut milk ¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds 1½ tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder 1 Tbsp. maple syrup |
DIRECTIONSIn a medium mixing bowl, add the maple syrup, matcha powder, maca powder, and ¼ cup of the coconut milk. Whisk well until combined (should have a thick consistency.) Next, whisk in the remaining coconut milk and the chia seeds. Let sit for 10 minutes, whisk again and then let sit for another 10 minutes. To serve, spoon pudding into two separate bowls and top with your favorite toppings. Makes 2 servings
