Matcha Chia Coconut Pudding
Your insides will think they struck gold with this tasty combo of antioxidant-rich Matcha, fiber-full Chia and adaptogenic Maca.
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
1 ½ tsp Navitas Organics Matcha Powder
1 tsp Navitas Organics Maca Powder
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
In a medium mixing bowl, start by adding the maple syrup, Matcha, Maca and 1/4 cup of the coconut milk. Whisk well until combined (should have a thick consistency.)
Next, whisk in the remaining coconut milk and slowly whisk in the Chia Seeds. Let sit for 10 minutes, whisk again and then let sit for another 10 minutes.
Once you’ve completed these steps, serve in two separate small bowls or half-sized mason jars and top with your favorite toppings.
