Ingredients
- ½ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. Maqui Mint Simple Syrup*
- 2 oz. soda water
- 6 oz. ginger beer
- 2 oz. vodka (omit for mocktail)
- 8 oz. water
- 1 cup sugar

Maqui Mint Simple Syrup:
Remove mint leaves from stems [1 bunch mint (1.6oz/45g) = 1 cup mint leaves].
Combine water, sugar, maqui powder and mint leaves in a stock pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Simmer for 1 minute; remove from heat and let syrup steep for 30 minutes. Strain using mesh strainer to remove mint leaves and let cool.
Prepare Maqui Mule by combining all mule ingredients with Maqui Simple Syrup in desired cup or glass and stir well to combine.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week. To serve, pour over ice and enjoy!
